RETURNS

Purchased items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
If you wish to return an item of your order you can e-mail to info@momo-wichelen.be for a return form.
The costs for the return are for the customer.
Please make sure that the return form is completed and included in the package.
Without this return form we will not be able to process your return.

Important information:
· Items must be returned in perfect condition: make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with the tag and seal still attached.

· Jewels should be returned in the original and undamaged jewelry bag, as this is considered part of the product.

Please follow the below instructions to return your item:
1. Place the item(s) and the completed return form in the original shipping box, or use an alternative solid packaging method.
2. Close securely
3. Take the package to your nearest post office and ship back to us within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. It is your own responsibility to ship the package with a track & trace.

4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days depending on your credit card issuer’s policies. Return payments are made on Mondays. In case of sale items, we will refund the sale price of the item.

EXCHANGES

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns. We ask you to return the original item for a refund and then proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.

All prices stated by or agreed with the supplier are in euros, including vat, other government levies, costs of packaging, insurance and suchlike. The prices are exclusive of dispatch costs. The amount of the dispatch costs will become visible on the website during the ordering process, before payment is made and therefore before the final placement of the order.

Payment must be made in euros, unless expressly otherwise agreed in writing.

PERIOD AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As the contract was concluded through the website, the buyer will have a reflection period of 14 days, within which the buyer may dissolve the contract without stating any reason.
The reflection period will commence the day after the buyer has received the product(s).
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the buyer should immediately inform the supplier and request a return form. The products together with the return form will have to be send back within 14 days to the supplier, after which the supplier will inspect the returned goods and if approved will refund the purchase price paid for the products.

The supplier will reimburse the payment made by the buyer, for the product returned and will initiate a refund to the buyer’s credit card or original payment method within a few days depending on the credit card issuer’s policies.

COMPLAINTS

Any defects which were not visible on the outside at the time of delivery or did not become apparent during the inspection, must be reported by the buyer to the supplier within 3 weeks after such defects have become apparent, or the moment when these could reasonably have been discovered. The complaint must be filed in writing, along with a detailed description of the complaint and defect(s).

GOVERNING LAW AND COMPETENT COURT

The legal relationships between the supplier and the buyer, of whatever nature, are governed by Belgian law. The court of Ghent will be the exclusively competent court to hear any disputes between the supplier and the buyer, unless this is contrary to mandatory law.
The supplier may depart from this rule on jurisdiction and apply the statutory rules of jurisdiction.
